As a UI/UX Designer within our Internal Tech Solutions team, you’ll play a central role in shaping and enhancing our marketing focused products, working closely with product, tech, and other stakeholders. This role requires a mix of strong design expertise, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and innovation. You’ll work to create seamless, user-centered experiences across our web, app, and backend platforms, ensuring a consistent and premium experience across all touchpoints. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in developing our design system and evolving our product experience through a range of initiatives, from initial concept to prototyping and testing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions clearly.
    • Create high-fidelity designs that meet product requirements and align with brand standards, ensuring a consistent and polished look across all platforms.
    • Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring a cohesive and scalable visual language across all platforms.
    • Use data and analytics to validate design decisions and enhance user experience.
    • Conduct user research, interviews and usability studies to gain insights into user behaviors and pain points.
    • Plan and conduct user testing sessions to refine designs and gather actionable feedback.
    • Great attention to detail - follow up with PMs and front-end developers to make sure designs are followed through and strive for pixel perfection for every new screen or feature
    • Drive a cohesive visual design language which aligns with the KTO brand guidelines, across web and apps

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    • Solid experience in UX & UI design, particularly in crafting low and high-fidelity designs and user flows for web and mobile applications. A background in creating sportsbook and casino products is considered a plus.
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
    • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
    • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand development constraints and possibilities (coding experience is a plus but not required).
    • Knowledge of UX research techniques and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to validate design decisions is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
