The Media Analyst will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives related to our offline media partnerships in São Paulo (e.g., radio, OOH, TV campaigns, and brand content collaborations). This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a creative mindset and a strong understanding of media metrics.  A deep knowledge of the betting industry will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with the State Manager to develop and implement offline plans that align with the company’s goals
    • Prospect and establish partnerships with offline media channels, including radio, OOH, TV, and more
    • Develop and implement brand content strategies in collaboration with media partners
    • Evaluate and negotiate budgets, CPM, and campaign deliverables
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, providing insights for optimization
    • Work closely with the other internal teams to align offline initiatives with brand strategies
    • Create reports on partnership and campaign performance, presenting results and recommendations

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or related fields
    • Previous experience in offline media, negotiating with channels/vehicules, and analyzing campaign performance
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Knowledge of media metrics, including CPM and ROI
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficient in media analysis tools and campaign management software
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
