Role Overview

As the State Manager for São Paulo, you will be the primary stakeholder responsible for establishing and growing KTO's presence in the state. This includes full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility over the Above-the-Line (ABL) marketing budget. You will drive brand awareness, recognition, and engagement through strategic local initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

    • Establish KTO's brand in local mid-funnel marketing channels.
    • Drive brand awareness and recognition through strategic participation in local events.
    • Identify and establish partnerships with local influencers and ambassadors, ensuring alignment with KTO's brand and overall strategy.
    • Manage and optimize the ABL marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns that resonate with the São Paulo audience.
    • Understand and implement KTO's North Star metrics for marketing and retention, adapting them to the specific dynamics of the São Paulo market.
    • Work closely with the campaign and studio teams to ensure alignment with KTO's overall campaign and product offerings.
    • Maintain a proactive and collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
    • Be accountable for driving initiatives that build upon KTO's current momentum.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.

- Persons holding positions as sports directors, sports coaches, trainers, and members of the technical staff;
- Referees of sports, referee assistants, or equivalents, sports entrepreneurs, agents or representatives of athletes and coaches, coaches or members of the technical staff;
- Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
- Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;
Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
