SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
We are on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. As our Product Manager, you will possess a strategic vision that extends beyond numerical metrics. Your responsibilities will encompass defining, analyzing, and deriving insights about our products, user base, and the markets within which we operate. You will actively contribute to the decision-making process regarding product development, holding a pivotal role in determining priorities and justifications. Your proactive approach will be evident as you actively engage in both challenging and being challenged within the dynamic landscape of product innovation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will collaborate with the Head of Product and with the wider Product team to shape and nurture the product vision and strategic growth
- Dive into data with a keen eye for detail, uncovering customer behaviours, discerning patterns, and innovating solutions
- Amplify our product's presence in Brazil, synergising with Customer Services Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams
- Engage with customer feedback, analyse competitor moves, and dissect market dynamics
- Administer and widen our performance metrics, dissecting usage trends, and tackling the obstacles that impede our objectives and key results
- Refine our processes and stakeholder communication, ensuring seamless interdepartmental harmony.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Proven prior experience as a Product Manager is required
- You have a product mindset and the ability to come up with suitable metrics for any product-related question
- If you have solid experience and passion in the iGaming sector it will be considered a plus
- You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A good understanding of UX best practices and how to utilise data before making any decisions is considered a must
- You will have outstanding communication in English and Portuguese as well as collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
