SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

We are on the lookout for a Junior Casino Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this position you will play an integral role in managing our Casino product offerings and campaigns, ensuring a premier customer experience tailored to the Brazilian market. 
Your passion for offering the best user experience possible and your eagerness to learn, will be the motivation for driving growth, engaging our customer base and improving our customer facing casino product. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations, alongside other members of the casino team, to ensure KTO offers the best casino experience in the market.
You will collaborate with various teams and departments, from CRM, to Customer Service,  to tech, to third party casino providers to ensure smooth and compliant casino operations.
The role is crucial in making sure that we provide a relevant casino experience, with engaging campaigns and that is in line with the upcoming Brazilian regulation to set the example in the industry.

Main Responsibilities

    • Timely release of new games and new game providers while ensuring the games are in line with local regulations
    • Regular testing of games to ensure games are functioning as expected and are in line with local regulations
    • Keeping the casino lobbies up to date, with a data driven approach to maximize relevance and commercial benefits
    • Assisting/supporting customer operations and other departments when issues arise
    • Supporting the Casino Manager and the Casino Team with the planning and operationalization of Casino campaigns
    • Making sure all promotions are briefed in detail to ensure smooth execution, as well as keeping strong communication with Design and Content team
    • Assist other Casino team members in setting up bonuses and campaigns in 3rd party provider back offices for promotions
    • Review promotional content to thrive for the best customer experience possible
    • Liaise with casino providers to ensure we have everything we need to provide the best casino experience in the industry
    • Regular competitor review to identify gaps in our offering in the market

Experience & Qualifications

    • We expect you to be an autonomous go-getter, supremely organized, meticulous, and an articulate communicator
    • You must have a high level of English both written and spoken, with any additional language being considered a bonus
    • It’s a plus if you are tech-savvy, with strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
    • You are creatively charged and hungry for knowledge
    • An independent team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • You must be ready to adapt to a schedule that sometimes spans early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays
