We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Affiliates to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program. This role will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, driving customer acquisition through the affiliate channel, and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling affiliate programs. As the Head of Affiliates, you will lead a team, working closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment with the company’s broader growth strategy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
    • Manage the overall performance of the affiliate program, including recruitment, activation, and retention of top affiliates.
    • Identify and establish partnerships with high-value affiliates and networks to expand the company’s reach in key markets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key affiliates, providing them with support, resources, and insights to optimize their performance.
    • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with affiliates, ensuring competitive terms that align with business objectives.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of affiliate specialists, setting clear goals, monitoring team performance, and providing guidance to ensure program objectives are met.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the affiliate team.
    • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, including financial tracking to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • Implement strategies to optimize affiliate traffic, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with affiliates to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and budgeting.
    • Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Stay updated with the latest affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Explore new opportunities and channels for affiliate partnerships to enhance the program’s effectiveness.
    • Introduce innovative solutions and tools to improve affiliate tracking, reporting, and management.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
    • Strong track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs, preferably in the iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing industries.
    • Experience in recruiting, negotiating, and managing affiliate partnerships.
    • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., Income Access, HasOffers, or similar).
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
