About the Role

KTO Group is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Partnerships and Events to lead our strategic initiatives within the sport and entertainment verticals in Brazil. With the upcoming regulation positioning Brazil as the largest regulated iGaming market in the world, this role requires a hands-on mindset and a passion for driving brand visibility in environments relevant to sports betting.You will own the partnership and events ecosystem, working closely with state managers to leverage current strategic partnerships and assets across a 360-degree framework. In this central role, your primary focus will be on the top and mid-funnel, driving brand awareness and consideration while collaborating with social and influencer teams to align efforts with our acquisition KPIs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

    • Ecosystem Ownership: Take full ownership of KTO’s partnership and event strategy, connecting assets across states to build a cohesive brand presence.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Lead the identification, negotiation, and management of high-impact sponsorships and partnerships within sports and entertainment sectors.
    • State-Level Integration: Collaborate with state managers to ensure strategic partnerships are maximized at the local level, enhancing brand relevance in each region.
    • Top & Mid-Funnel Leadership: Focus on initiatives that drive brand awareness and consideration, ensuring alignment with acquisition goals.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the social media and influencer teams to amplify campaigns and sponsorships through digital and offline channels.
    • Market Insight & Adaptability: Stay attuned to market trends, ensuring KTO’s brand remains present and impactful as the Brazilian iGaming market evolves.

Key Skills and Requirements

    • Proven experience in negotiating and managing partnerships within sports, entertainment, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of the Brazilian sports betting market and cultural nuances.
    • Ability to craft and execute strategies that connect brand awareness efforts to measurable KPIs.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
    • Established network within Brazil’s sports, entertainment, or events industries.
    • Hands-on mindset, capable of both strategizing and executing with attention to detail.
    • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.

- Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
- Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;
Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
