KTO is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team and leverage their expertise in generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, and other methods to automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering and a passion for developing scalable and error-free solutions. Knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI models using machine learning, deep learning, and other methods to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop AI solutions to address these needs.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train AI models.
- Develop and implement data models to support AI solutions.
- Automate business processes using AI models and integrate them with existing systems.
- Ensure seamless integration with other tools and systems to ensure scalability and error-free operations.
- Test AI models and solutions to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
- Deploy AI solutions in production environments and monitor their performance.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and develop solutions to address these needs.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Utilize knowledge of iGaming to develop AI solutions that cater to the specific needs of the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in iGaming and apply this knowledge to AI solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on process automation and machine learning.
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and other methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data preprocessing techniques.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or deep learning, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer.
- Experience working in the iGaming industry or with iGaming-related technologies is a plus
