What you will do
- You will collaborate within a small, dynamic team to build impactful features aligned with our product roadmap.
- Your contributions to product architecture will shape technical direction and support solution implementation.
- You will empower code quality through code reviews, clean coding, and testing strategies.
- You will ensure system reliability by minimizing technical debt and anticipating issues.
- By supporting Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, you will maintain transparency and maximize value delivery.
- You will mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Your expertise won't be siloed. You'll have opportunities to contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions that impact Kiwi.com's platform as a whole.
What you will need
- You will bring expertise in building and scaling high-performance systems.
- Proficiency in Golang to guide technical decisions and mentor others is essential.
- You enjoy guiding technical projects and ensuring successful delivery.
- Your passion for learning, especially in aviation travel, is important.
- Familiarity with best practices in debugging, monitoring, containerization, and more is necessary.
- You will solve complex problems by quickly understanding systems and implementing solutions.
- Clear and confident communication skills to explain technical concepts to all audiences are important.
- Your sense of ownership will drive you to take the initiative and deliver high-quality results.
