About our Supplier Partnerships team

Through fostering strong relationships with our suppliers and securing favorable commercial agreements, our Supplier Partnerships team are essential to ensuring Kiwi.com’s market positioning. We gather the best possible travel content for travellers from suppliers and providers worldwide. We monitor and analyze the airline industry, proactively engage in measures to mitigate risks and ultimately safeguard the company's financial interests and support Kiwi’s overall commercial success.

What you will do

    • As our Senior Key Account Manager for the Asia Pacific region, you will assume responsibility for existing supplier accounts and manage a significant revenue budget.
    • You’ll optimize and cultivate relationships with our existing partnerships to improve Kiwi.com airline content competitiveness.
    • You will identify and target new potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and finalize agreements.
    • Leveraging your previous experience, you’ll engage in complex commercial negotiations to secure high-caliber air content.
    • You’ll utilize your strong  analytical skills to conduct thorough evaluations of industry opportunities and risks, ensuring actions align with Kiwi.com strategy and mission.
    • You will serve as a stakeholder and advocate for specific business initiatives, performing regular follow-ups, reporting, and proposing actions.
    • You’ll proactively address and escalate significant supplier issues with detailed information and executive summaries, managing and mitigating future issues.

What you will need

    • You bring significant experience and expertise in an account management or similar commercial role from within the air travel industry and specifically in airline content of OTA’s, air content supplier partnerships or GDS companies.
    • You can demonstrate your strong track record in managing end-to-end  complex negotiations to support successful outcomes.
    • You are fluent in working with key performance indicators and metrics to analyze and negotiate commercial opportunities with air content wholesalers, agencies or aggregators.
    • You bring a proven ability to nurture relationships with internal and external internal stakeholders, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust at all levels.
    • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a Professional Proficiency level in English. Additional languages will be advantageous.
    • You offer advanced analytical skills and experience working with supporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Chrome, other analytical tools and databases.
    • Your previous experience working within a similar region or global role will be highly regarded.
    • Significant travel will be required for this role.
