What We Do
Kaiko provides financial data products and solutions, across four main business units:
Market Data: Level 1 and Level 2 data for both CeFi (Centralized Finance) and DeFi (Decentralized Finance) ecosystems, covering spot markets, derivatives, and lending protocols.
Analytics: Proprietary quantitative models and data solutions designed for pricing digital assets and assessing market risk.
Monitoring Solutions: Advanced market and blockchain monitoring tools for surveillance, compliance, and market exploration.
Indices: A diverse suite of mono-asset benchmarks and cross-asset indices, along with custom index creation and calculation agent services.
Kaiko’s products are available worldwide on all networks and infrastructures: public APIs, private & on-premises networks; private & hybrid cloud set-ups; blockchain native (Kaiko on-chain delivery).
Additionally, Kaiko’s Research publications are read by thousands of industry professionals and cited in the world’s leading media organizations. We provide original insights and in-depth analysis on crypto markets using Kaiko’s data and products.

About The Role

Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.
Set clear goals, timelines, and expectations, ensuring alignment across the team and with company objectives.
Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and execute the product strategy for the Analytics and Indices Business Units, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and market demands.
Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs, ensuring that products deliver maximum value and usability.
Leverage client feedback, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the cryptocurrency sector to maintain a competitive edge.
Partner with quant, engineering, and marketing teams to oversee the development and enhancement of products.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality execution.
Strengthen the link between product, tech, and revenue teams to ensure strategic alignment on product goals and deliverables.
Regularly communicate updates on product roadmaps and progress to various internal and external stakeholders.
Work with the Managing Director to define success metrics for both product lines.
Track product performance using data-driven insights to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry regulations and security best practices within the cryptocurrency index space.
Ensure all products adhere to compliance standards and maintain robust security measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field Project management and leadership skills.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong background in cryptocurrency indices or financial markets.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and index methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Location: Paris (hybrid) or full remote from LATAM region
