JACQUEMUS is a high-end French ready-to-wear brand with a graphic and poetic style driven by the values of authenticity and transparency of its creator Simon Porte Jacquemus.
To support the House's strong growth, we are looking for a Wholesale E-Tailers Assistant on a 6-month internship starting December 2024.
THE TEAM
The wholesale team aims to showcase Jacquemus on an international scale through its B2B partners. With a presence in over 70 countries, 300 clients, and more than 350 points of sale, Jacquemus is a young and innovative brand constantly seeking evolution.
The Zone Managers collaborate with the Visual Merchandising, Business Analysis, and Sales Administration teams to strengthen the brand's success while preserving the image and essence of Jacquemus
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Zone Managers, your role is to assist the area managers in ensuring the development and expansion of Jacquemus internationally.
YOUR MISSIONS
Coordination and Operational Zone Activity Monitoring
- Centralizing partner needs and redirecting requests to the relevant departments (Sales Administration, Visual Merchandising, Press, etc.);
- Acting as the primary contact for buying teams at partner organizations regarding any operational requests;
- Updating all wholesale documents, databases, and presentations;
- Monitoring requests and sending commercial samples;
- Organizing schedules and travel appointments;
- Managing and participating in training sessions to engage and educate sales teams.
- Expense report tracking.
Support for Showroom Organization and Development
- Managing requests and scheduling client appointments for your zones;
- Organizing fashion week appointments (restaurant reservations, client reception, etc.);
- Implementing optimal scheduling for zone managers;
- Preparing client sheets for showroom sellers;
- Contributing to the preparation of proposals for additions and supplementary orders;
- Managing the order deadline calendar, ensuring everything is received on time.
Support for Revenue Development and Market Monitoring
- Collaborating with zone managers to ensure the development of their territories;
- Competitor analysis (business activities, best practices, etc.);
- Benchmarking potential partners by analyzing the distribution network in line with the brand's strategy;
- Managing partnership requests/prospecting;
- Monitoring weekly sales reports: analyzing activity to maximize sales and replenishment opportunities;
- Making proposals for the development and implementation of sales analysis support tools and performance follow-up;
- Supporting the management of replenishment requests and stock monitoring in collaboration with zone managers and sales administration.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: Student pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s in business - Internship agreement is mandatory;
- Versatile role providing operational support for the commercial coordination of the wholesale network;
- Ideally, candidates should have acquired initial work experience, preferably in the wholesale or retail industry;
- Recognized for organizational skills, autonomy, and precision;
- Energetic, enthusiastic, with a strong fashion/luxury sensibility;
- Fluent in English.
The job is based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
