LA MAISON JACQUEMUS
Jacquemus was founded by Simon Porte Jacquemus in 2009 in Paris, France.
Dedicated to the memory of the designer’s late mother, the brand draws inspiration from a passion for culture. The Jacquemus ready-to-wear and accessories collections for men and women reference the French way of life and universal gestures of beauty, encompassing influences from fine art photography to decorative arts, cinema, painting, and sculpture.
Throughout the years, Jacquemus has staged runway productions in unique and unexpected locations, including a Parisian swimming pool, the Musée Picasso, a lavender field in Provence, a wheat field outside Paris, a salt marsh in the Camargue, and a beach in Hawaii. More recently, the brand has embraced settings such as the canal of the Château de Versailles (Le Chouchou), the Fondation Maeght (Les Sculptures), Casa Malaparte (La Casa) and Auguste Perret’s Parisian apartment (La Croisière).
Based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, Jacquemus is an independent fashion house with over 300 employees. Renowned for its fast-growing digital presence and its worldwide business spread, the brand has created innovative retail experiences around the world before opening its first permanent flagship store at 58 Avenue Montaigne in Paris in 2022. Following this milestone, international boutiques have opened in New York (SoHo), London (New Bond Street), Los Angeles (Melrose Avenue) and Dubai.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Client Advisor, you are a true ambassador of Jacquemus, embodying the Maison’s solar, joyful and authentic spirit. In our Ibiza store, you create memorable and emotional shopping experiences, building genuine connections with an international clientele while driving sales performance and brand desirability.
You bring the Jacquemus lifestyle to life through expert styling, storytelling and a natural, warm approach to client service, in a fast-paced and seasonal environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience & Clienteling
Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury experience, reflecting Jacquemus’ brand values and unique energy.
Create natural and engaging connections with clients through active listening and emotional intelligence.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-ups.
Provide expert styling advice and bring Jacquemus storytelling to life with authenticity and passion.
Capture and enrich client data to support loyalty beyond the seasonal period.
Sales Performance
Actively contribute to individual and store sales targets through an engaging, proactive and client-focused approach.
Create desire by presenting total looks and relevant cross-selling opportunities
Demonstrate agility and reactivity in a dynamic, high-traffic and seasonal environment.
Contribute to the team’s collective performance by sharing best practices and maintaining a positive mindset.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
Ensure the store environment is always impeccable
Maintain visual standards throughout the day and support merchandising guidelines.
Follow all company policies and operational procedures with reliability and attention to detail.
PROFILE & MINDSET
Experience: Minimum 1 year in luxury or premium retail.
Client-oriented, solution-driven and detail-focused.
Sales-driven, with a proactive and dynamic mindset.
Team player, with a positive attitude
Passionate about fashion, styling and the Jacquemus universe.
Energetic, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
