We also have 24-hour referral hospitals in Glasgow and Manchester offering emergency care as well as specialisms including neurology, oncology and many more.​

About the role
 
We’re looking for a strategic, creative Senior Employer Brand & Communications Manager to own our employer brand and lead internal communications across our UK-wide, multi-site organisation.

What you’ll do

*Lead and evolve our employer brand and EVP.
*Deliver integrated campaigns across paid, organic and events.
*Manage online reputation on platforms like Glassdoor & LinkedIn.
*Build engaging internal communications for shift-based, clinical teams.
*Partner with senior leaders across Talent, Clinical, Marketing & EDI.
*Lead and develop a Senior Communications Executive.
*Use data and insights to measure and improve impact.

What you’ll bring

*Experience leading employer brand and/or communications in a complex organisation.
*Strong campaign, storytelling and stakeholder influence skills.
*Experience with paid media, full-funnel thinking and reputation management.
*Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
