We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Hall Place Vets. We have x1 full-time and x1 part time positions available. The role is to cover Pinkneys Green, with some Branch cover at our Marlow and Bourne End branches. 

 

Our main practice at Pinkneys Green is a purpose-built barn set in the beautiful Berkshire countryside, offering a calm, modern working environment. The practice is well equipped with its own dedicated laboratory, dental suite, ultrasound room, separate kennel and cattery facilities, isolation kennels, nurse consultation rooms, and air conditioning, enabling us to deliver high clinical standards.  Alongside the main site, are our smaller branch practices at Marlow and Bourne End.  We are a friendly, fun team who pride ourselves on delivering excellent care and supporting one another.

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. 

 

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. 

 

 

•    Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility across a 4- or 5-day week
•    Part Time, 16 hours per week, over two days of 8-hour shifts 
•    Shared weekend rota, Saturdays only
•    No Sundays or out-of-hours work

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering high standards of care. You’ll bring: 

 

* Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS 

* Experience working in clinical practice, with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing 

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues 

* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively 

* A proactive approach to learning, reflection, and continuous improvement
