How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
*Greeting our clients and their pets in a professional and courteous manner
*Booking, cancelling and changing appointments
*Dealing with queries by phone, email and face to face promptly and professionally
*Advising clients on our preventative healthcare products and promoting Pet Healthcare Plans and pet insurance
*Dispensing medications/prescriptions
*Taking payments, cashing up and all other general admin and reception duties

This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week. You will be required to work on Monday & Wednesday 1:30 am - 7 pm, and on Tuesday & Thursday 8 am - 1:30 pm. Working 1:4 Saturdays at Bradley Stoke Vet Hospital, 8 am - 4 pm.
