This role is responsible for supporting the Group planning and forecasting process through the development and maintenance of financial planning templates, consolidation models, and forecasting tools across multiple regions. Acting as a key liaison to country CFOs and budget owners, the position provides ongoing guidance and support throughout each planning cycle, while driving continuous improvement, model enhancement, and adoption of the Oracle planning platform to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient financial reporting and forecasting processes.
This role is being offered on a 18 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain accurate financial planning templates for each region, ensuring consistency and integrity across all submissions
* Distribute planning templates to country CFOs in a timely manner, acting as a primary point of contact for queries and issue resolution
* Build strong cross-functional relationships while proactively supporting budget and forecast owners throughout the planning cycle
* Manage and enhance the Group consolidation model, incorporating iterative updates across each planning phase
* Drive adoption of the Oracle planning tool, serving as a trusted advisor to country teams and providing ongoing support and guidance
* Continuously improve and maintain budget and forecast models, identifying enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organisation
Experience/Qualifications:
* Strong academic background, ideally fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience
* Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
* Advanced IT proficiency, including strong Excel skills and confidence working with a range of management reporting systems; experience with Oracle and Power BI is advantageous
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines
* Comfortable operating in a hybrid working model, with an expectation of being office-based two days per week
