Beechwood Vets in Ranelagh, Dublin, are looking for a reliable and caring receptionist/Animal Care assistant to join their team. The role will involve covering reception when needed as well as supporting the clinical team with animal care duties.
The ideal candidate will be confident around both animals and people, well organised, calm under pressure, and open to learning and adapting to change.
Key responsibilities include
*Greeting clients and booking appointments
*Answering phones and handling payments
*Assisting with animal handling, cleaning and basic care
*Maintaining a clean and safe clinic environment
*Supporting Vets and Nurses as required
Hours of work
This is a full time role working between the hours of 7.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturday morning 8:15am - 1:15pm. There is no bank holiday or Sunday working required and No on call work

We are a friendly, supportive and approachable team that consists of 2 Vet Surgeons, 1 Nurse and 2 receptionists

up to €14.5 per hour
