Richmond House Vets, part of the well-established Gatehouse Veterinary Group, are looking for an ambitious and motivated Branch Manager to lead our practice into an exciting new chapter.
We are relocating to a brand-new, purpose-built site near Mirfield, fully equipped with modern facilities including a dental suite, separate species wards, digital x-ray, and theatres. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants real influence over how a practice develops and thrives.

We also have a strong focus on learning and development and aim to grow Richmond House Vets into a training practice for veterinary nurses.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day management of the practice along with the leadership team
* Drive the practice forward through relocation and growth
* Support and develop the clinical and non-clinical team
* Act as a Clinical Coach, supporting student veterinary nurses
* Play a key role in achieving and maintaining PSS compliance
* Work closely with the wider Gatehouse Veterinary Group for support and best practice sharing
What we’re looking for
* A confident, motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse
* Experience in leadership role or ready to take that next step
* Passion for team development, training, and high standards of care
* Confident, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to shape a growing practice
* Qualified and willing to act as a Clinical Coach (or happy to undertake training if required)
Hours & Rota
The role is based on a 40-hour working week, with hours worked over four or five days. There is a 1-in-4 Saturday morning rota from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and the position does not include any out-of-hours responsibilities.
