Stepping into your future - ready to learn, grow, and do meaningful work that matters.

At IVC Evidensia, you’ll find a place where you can be yourself, supported by people who want to see you thrive. You’ll get hands-on experience, build your confidence, and discover just how far your passion can take you.

Unlock Your Passions at Avenue Vets:

Our site has been a Veterinary Practice since 1954 set in the beautiful town of Malvern, famous for the Hills, natural spring water and Edgar Elgar the famous composer. We have a very large Garden, lovely in the Spring and Summer months to sit out and have lunch. We are a 2-minute walk away from the train station so very accessible.

You will be joining a small and friendly team of 6 Vets, 6 Nurses, plus SVN’s. We have one vet with a medicine certificate, as well as one vet doing GP small animal medicine certificate and one vet doing a GP small animal surgery certificate. We also have a visiting peripatetic surgeon doing more complex orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery. Quality improvement projects are ongoing and encouraged.

Our excellent practice facilities include Digital X-ray, New Ultrasound, Theatre, Dental Area, Laser, Endoscope, Acupuncture and Separate dog/cat kennels. We also have our own dog kennels for staff during the day.

Enjoy a welcoming environment with structured support and flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

You will work 40 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days per week.

You will always have experienced vets available to assist with surgery and work ups on site. We also ensure support on late nights/weekends, there is no sole charge initially and when you are, there is always an experienced vet "on call" and available to come in.
