Mintlaw Vets is a single-site, purpose-built practice that prides itself on delivering excellent patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

How you'll make a difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Your duties will include:
*Welcoming and assisting clients in practice
*Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
*Booking and managing appointments
*Assisting with administration duties
*Managing patient records
*Always providing a high standard of customer care
This is a flexible, permanent full/part-time role with shifts available Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings on a rolling rota. Working hours will fall between 8:00am and 6:30pm.
