We are an RCVS accredited small animal practice with two branches : New Milton (our main site) and Pennington. Both locations are equipped to a high standard, ensuring high quality care across the practice.
At Forest Lodge we pride ourselves on our supportive and welcoming working environment. Our friendly team genuinely enjoys working together, and there is a positive atmosphere. With a highly experienced team we are able to offer excellent support and development opportunities. Our current team consists of 6 Vets, 5 RVN's, 1 Student Nurse, 2 VCA's 3 Client Care Advisors, Practice Director and 2 Admin support staff.

How You’ll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth day to day operation of reception, including administrative tasks and telephone systems. As a first point of contact, you will interact with the clients both in person and via phone and digital communication, so strong communication skills and full computer literacy are essential.

Working Pattern

We have two part time roles available, working Monday to Friday. Some Saturday cover will also be required to cover sickness and holidays.
