Director of Practice and Clinical Services - Small Animal
Salary up to £78,000
We are delighted to offer a rare opportunity for a Director of Practice and Clinical Services to join the team at Rosehill Vets. This is an exciting role for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership, helping to guide the future of a respected and well-established practice.
This position is ideal for a confident and experienced clinician who enjoys supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge. Alongside your own clinical caseload, you will play a key role in guiding the team through case discussions and workups, while also mentoring less experienced vets and supporting new graduates as the needs of the practice evolve. Around 75% of your time will remain clinical, with a balanced mix of consultations and surgery supported by excellent facilities including digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound and multi-parameter monitoring.
You will be joining a welcoming team of five vets, six RVNs and a dedicated client care team, supported by an experienced Practice Manager. The practice is based in a converted house just outside the city centre and has previously undergone a clinical refurbishment, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both team members and clients.
IVC Evidensia is the UK and Europe’s leading veterinary care group, made up of over 900 practices and referral hospitals, united by a shared purpose of happier animals, happier owners.
