At Easipetcare Streatham, we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care alongside a welcoming, supportive experience for our clients and their pets. We are currently seeking a warm, confident, and organised Veterinary Receptionist to join our Client Care team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can remain calm in a busy environment, and understands the importance of compassion and professionalism in veterinary care.
About the role
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be a key part of the client journey and an integral support to the wider practice team. Your responsibilities will include:
*Welcoming clients and creating a positive, reassuring first impression
*Supporting the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
*Managing appointments, enquiries, and client communications
*Using practice management systems alongside Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Handling payments and supporting general reception duties
*Continually developing your skills as the practice and services evolve

We are looking for someone who is:

*Confident supporting clients during emotional or stressful situations
*Well organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
*Comfortable working in a busy, client-facing environment
*A clear and confident communicator with clients and colleagues
*Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
*Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills and the right attitude are key
