Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a part-time role working 26 hours per week on a fixed-term contract lasting approximately 7 months.
Duties/ Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
*Greeting clients in reception
*Answering telephone calls, taking and distributing any messages accurately and effectively and dealing with client enquiries
*Booking and altering appointments
*Taking payments from clients
*Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
*Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
*Diary management
*Monitor and maintain office supplies
*General office filing
*Other ad-hoc tasks requested by the administration team
What we can offer you
We are a small animal ractice based in Halstead, Essex. You would be joining a well-established team of 6 nurses with varying years of experience, to work alongside supporting our 4-vet team. Our wider team also consists of dedicated receptionists and animal care assistants. We are a friendly team with a real family feel, dedicated to maintaining a positive working environment. The successful person will receive full training and support from our fantastic group.

Working pattern
You will work 26 hours per week, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 1 pm-7 pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8 am-2 pm.
