About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our Global Compliance team at IVC Evidensia. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our global compliance programmes across areas such as anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions, KYC, and data protection.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Legal, Risk, and Operations, helping to ensure the business meets regulatory standards and operates with integrity across multiple jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Conducting KYC and due diligence checks on customers, suppliers, and third parties
*Perform sanctions screening and support investigations into potential matches
*Review high-risk transactions, ensuring proper controls and escalation
*Maintain accurate records of compliance checks, decisions, and investigations
*Support anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions, and data protection programmes
*Assist with gift and hospitality reviews and conflict of interest registers
*Monitor regulatory updates (UK, EU, OFAC, UN) and support compliance alignment
*Maintain compliance databases and ensure audit-ready documentation
*Provide operational support (reporting, presentations, mailbox management, meeting coordination)
*Support internal investigations, research activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
*Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Risk, and Operations teams
What We’re Looking For
*Essential Skills & Experience
*3+ years’ experience in a compliance, legal, or administrative role
*Hands-on experience with:
*KYC and due diligence processes
*Sanctions screening
*High-risk transaction reviews
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office / MS365 / SharePoint
Desirable
*Experience in a regulated or global environment
*Knowledge of GDPR and wider compliance frameworks
*Previous experience supporting Legal or Compliance teams
