Rowe Vet Group are looking for a reliable and organised Insurance Administrator to join our friendly veterinary practice. We are based in the Southwest with branches in Wotton, Brimsham, Thornbury, Winterbourne and a 24-hour hospital in Bradley Stoke.
As a valued member of our team, you will take care of the following responsibilities:
*Completing and processing pet insurance claim forms
*Liaising with insurance companies and clients
*Maintaining accurate patient and claim records
*General administrative support as required

You will have:
*Strong attention to detail
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Confident using computers
*Previous administrative experience preferred (veterinary experience an advantage but not essential)
Your shift pattern
You will work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
