An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This is a busy and demanding role, as a key point of contact for our clients, you’ll help ensure every visit runs smoothly and every owner feels welcomed and reassured. *Greeting and assisting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

*Deal with phone and email enquiries efficiently

*Handle payments and medication

*Managing appointments and administrative tasks accurately

*Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day coordination

*Helping maintain a smooth flow throughout the practice

Hook Vets is a thriving practice which has gone through exciting expansion over the last 2 years and has even more plans for future development. The practice is in a small town in Hampshire with excellent road and rail links. We are situated within a 5-minute drive of the M3, J5, and a 3-minute walk from Hook station, which is on the mainline to London Waterloo/ Southampton Central. We have a very loyal client base, with over 70% in our pet health club.

Your shift pattern 

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, covering a variety of shifts. You will also be included in the 1:4 Saturday morning rota.
