What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in creating a great impression. Your day will include:
*Greeting clients and their furry friends with a smile
*Booking appointments and managing the diary
*Answering calls and emails
*Processing payments and keeping records accurate
*Supporting our clinical team with admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
*A people person with excellent communication skills
*Organised and calm under pressure
*Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role is a bonus, but not essential
*Most importantly, a genuine love for animals!
Your shift pattern
You will work approximately 25 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business, you will cover varied shift patterns between 8 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday. Our practice is not open at Weekends or bank holidays, and there are no out-of-hours!
