We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to oversee non-PMS billing customer accounts, ensuring invoices and cash receipts are accurately matched and cleared in a timely manner. The role involves proactively managing cash collection activities, maximising cash flow through direct customer engagement, and collaborating with in-country teams to resolve account queries efficiently.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
* Oversee non-PMS billing customer accounts ensuring transactions are matched and cleared (invoices and cash receipts processed by Genpact) in a timely manner, facilitating the resolution of issues preventing matching.
* Cash collection (calls) for non-PMS customers to ensure cash collection is maximised, liaising with in country teams to resolve issues
* Produce and monitor ledger KPIs to drive performance improvement and ensure clear visibility of performance
Experience/Qualifications:
Essential:
* Proven track record in credit control experience (B2B), managing multi customer ledger
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to influence and help drive performance of non-direct reporting co-workers (Genpact)
* Able to respond quickly to queries and engage with senior stakeholders
* Good communication skills and able to manage competing priorities
Desirable:
* Previous use of Oracle
