Credit Control & Support Team Hiring Project

  • As part of our planned expansion of the Collections team, there are provisional planned cohort start dates for Monday 5th October 2026, Monday 2nd November 2026 and finally Monday 1st February 2027. Please confirm whether you would be available to commence employment in line with these time periods and if there would be an immediate preference
  • This role offers a fixed salary of £27,500 plus benefits. Please confirm whether this is acceptable if selected
  • This role operates on a hybrid basis, requiring attendance at our Keynsham office 2 days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Please confirm whether this arrangement is suitable for you
  • This team operates within a customer support schedule of 8:00am to 6:00pm daily. Team members are assigned one of the following shift patterns based on individual suitability and business requirements: 8:00am–4:00pm, 9:00am–5:00pm, or 10:00am–6:00pm. Could you please confirm that you have flexibility to work across all shift patterns. Please also indicate which shift pattern would be your preference
