Help Shape Learning During a Major Transformation
We're looking for an experienced Training & Content Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering a high-profile business transformation programme. Working within the Learning & Development team, you'll design and implement a comprehensive training curriculum that supports the successful adoption of key organisational and regulatory changes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a learning professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating engaging learning experiences that drive real behavioural change.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you'll lead the design, development, coordination and delivery of role-based training solutions for a wide range of stakeholders. You'll work closely with programme teams, subject matter experts and business functions to ensure learning is practical, engaging and embedded successfully across the organisation.
A key focus of the role is ensuring learning moves beyond implementation and becomes part of a sustainable business-as-usual approach through refresher training, ongoing support and continuous content updates.

Key Responsibilities

*Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum aligned to programme and regulatory requirements.
*Create role-based learning pathways tailored to different audiences and stakeholder groups.
*Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to build high-quality learning content and resources.
*Manage the end-to-end delivery of training activities, ensuring deadlines and programme milestones are met.
*Facilitate and deliver training sessions, adapting style and approach to audience needs.
*Develop engaging communications that drive awareness, understanding and participation in learning activities.
*Create post-implementation support plans, including refresher training and ongoing learning resources.
*Ensure learning solutions are practical, accessible and relevant for operational teams and frontline environments.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

*Proven experience designing and delivering learning curricula and structured learning pathways for diverse audiences.
*Experience supporting large-scale transformation, change, compliance or regulatory programmes.
*Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions.
*Experience creating engaging learning solutions using a variety of delivery methods, including digital, face-to-face and blended approaches.
*Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
*Experience facilitating and delivering training to different audiences.
*Experience embedding learning into business-as-usual operations, including continuous improvement and post-go-live support.

Desirable

*CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification in Learning & Development or HR.
*Instructional Design or Learning & Development certifications.
*Experience using digital learning tools such as Articulate.
*Train-the-Trainer or facilitation qualifications.
*Exposure to change management and regulated environments.
*Experience within veterinary, healthcare, dental or similar clinical sectors.
