Your Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—offering reassurance, support, and a professional, caring experience at every step. No two days are the same, and your role will be key to keeping our hospital running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
*Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
*Managing phone and email enquiries efficiently
*Booking appointments and procedures accurately
*Processing payments and insurance claims
*Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day coordination
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in a veterinary or client service role
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
*A calm, proactive approach and a genuine love of helping people and pets
Shift pattern
Part-time, 20 hours per week, including 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
