Why is this Housing Applications Project Manager position a great opportunity?
 
You will be responsible for successful delivery of a wide variety of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement projects,
focussing on our BRIKHousing product set and collaborating closely with clients and consultants, delivering projects on time and budget, and controlling scope. Projects typically vary in size between £10k – £500k.

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?

    • Experience in delivering projects into Social Housing Providers
    • Experience in managing projects from £10k to £500k+
    • Able to identify areas of risk that might derail a project, risk identification and mitigation
    • Well versed in traditional waterfall project management such as Prince 2 and agile methods such as scrum or DSDM.
    • Dynamics 365 CE or BC project experience or other recognised CRM business application (Desired)
    • Knowledge of Social Housing processes and procedures (Desired)

    • Proven ability to lead engagement and communication with stakeholders at all levels internally/externally and to influence others

As a Social Housing Applications Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Overall responsibility of successful delivery of projects, on time on budget and on scope, with clear transparency of any variance whilst managing customer expectations.
    • Ongoing and active management of Risk, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies
    • Stay up to date with the continually evolving Infinity BRIKHousing product set
    • Stay up to date with the Dynamics roadmap and share relevant news and improvements with existing customers.
    • Maintaining an up-to-date forward schedule of consultant’s allocation to projects and tasks.
    • Efficient utilisation of assigned staff and associated third parties
    • Ensure all parties are adhering to agreed standards and procedures.
    • Ensure accountability and efficiency of project team and monitoring project progress and performance.
    • Manage project delivery ensuring adherence to good practice methods, including:
    • Gaining good understanding of each customers business drivers
    • Supporting discovery workshops and requirements gathering
    • Defining project scope
    • Resource / sprint planning / cost tracking
    • Co-ordination and liaison with third parties and partners
    • Risk and issue tracking and resolution
    • Progress tracking and formal sprint / project completion sign-off
    • Handover to BAU and Support where appropriate.
    • Lessons learnt and continuous improvements in methods, processes, and tools.
    • Managing any impact of support, presales and leave etc. on project delivery.
    • Tracking Change Requests and controlling scope
    • Ensure billing is up to date and in line with project milestones or T&M agreements.
    • Ensure adequate arrangements in place to facilitate third-line support.
£55,000 - £65,000 a year
