    • Meraki Switches and Wi-Fi
    • Cisco Firepower 
    • Cisco defence orchestrator (CDO) 
    • Cisco firepower management centre (FMC)  
    • Cisco ASA 
    • WatchGuard Firewalls
    • Unifi Switches and Wi-Fi
    • Optional / advantageous  
    • MC-LAG
    • Virtual Chassis 
    • Layer 2 technologies
    • Microsoft Azure networking services.
    • Infrastructure monitoring platform experience (Auvik advantageous) 
    • Experience in creating, updating, and maintaining customer documentation. 
    • Experience of working with Microsoft technologies (incl. AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, NPS)
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling (desired)
    • CCNA / CCNP (desired)
    • Microsoft Certified Professional (Networking)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Escalation path for network faults raised through the Service Desk.
    • Remote and on-site installations 
    • Building robust network diagrams and ensuring documentation is up to date.
    • Provide out of hours cover for our escalations department when required.
    • Provide Service in-line with ITIL principles.
    • Provide an accurate account of time within ticketing system.
£40,000 - £50,000 a year
