Why is this Sales Specialist - D365 Business Applications position a great opportunity?
This role requires a skilled Business Applications Sales Specialist to acquire and manage new client relationships with the D365 suite of products including Power platform.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop strategic market penetration initiatives.


What skills and working characteristics should this person have?

    • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications sales (CE &/or BC).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
    • Proven track record of developing relationships and pipeline within SMC, aligned to a specific industry
    • Passionate and enthusiastic about the potential of Microsoft technology in helping organisations realise their goals
    • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose appropriate solutions for clients.
    • Must be able to appropriately position value to different roles within the client's business.

As a Sales Specialist –D365 Business Applications you’ll be responsible for:

    • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
    • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
    • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client Relationships
    • Partner with the delivery teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
    • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news.
    • An ethical approach in positioning solutions with customers
    • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinar content and potential go-to-market messaging.
    • Maintaining a current and accurate view of opportunities by keeping CRM up-to-date
    • Build relationships and liaise closely with the relevant Microsoft Sellers to generate new opportunities
    • Work with multiple teams across Infinity Group, including Pre-sales, Marketing, Service and Delivery as required
£60,000 - £70,000 a year
