Role Overview:
As a Microsoft Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and adoption of Microsoft’s solutions. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?

    • Experienced with selling Microsoft’s Business Applications suite, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other related products
    • Experienced in technology-related sales or account management experience. 
    • Experience in cloud solutions or digital transformation is a plus.
    • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
    • Ability to identify and capitalizes on business opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
    • Desire to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
    • Experienced in understanding customer needs and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs while aligning with business objectives.
    • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle complex customer scenarios and drive results.

As a Microsoft Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Understand customer needs and present Microsoft solutions that align with their business goals.
    • Sales Execution: Drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities. Lead sales presentations and negotiations to close deals.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with account teams, partners, Microsoft sellers and technical specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions. Coordinate with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position Microsoft solutions effectively.
