Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Lead - EMEA (Ref:621)
Warsaw – Hybrid
Polish and English (fluent) language skills required
 
We’re looking for an experienced Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Lead to attract great candidates who can add to our culture and can support our purpose.
 
How you'll shape the future of talent
·       Market our employer brand across EMEA markets, effectively building brand awareness
·       Manage local market career landing pages
·       Managing the employer reputation in EMEA markets
·       Creating and curating content
·       Determining channels to recruit
·       Driving qualified applicants to open jobs
·       Building a talent network / talent communities aligned with demand
·       Managing assets and collateral for recruiting events
·       Amplifying employee ambassadors
·       Generating employee referrals

You'll be someone who can bring
·       Experience of social media platforms, career site and SEO
·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·      Strong influencing skills and significant gravitas in building relationships with Senior and Executive Stakeholders
·       An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting using google analytics, understanding of recruitment tech (ATS)
·       Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, specifically Talent Insight
·       Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
