Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Consumer Health (Ref:619)

Location: Warsaw (hybrid)

 

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer  to join a newly formed team, working within the Consumer Health industry. If you're driven by results and have a passion for proactive and reactive sourcing this opportunity is for you. This role will cover campaigns in Consumer Health in a variety of business units and seniority levels.

 

How you’ll shape the future of talent 

·       Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline 

·       Providing strategic sourcing in candidate driven markets 

·       Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand job briefs

·      Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements 

·       Promote DE&I initiatives

 

 You’ll be someone who can bring 

·       We are looking to engage with candidates who are well versed in delivering an exceptional candidate journey 

·       Sourcing experience, identifying suitable candidates to achieve objectives in filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry  

·       Prior experience in In-house recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) preferred 

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships 

·       Your personal brand is grounded in communication, partnership, and integrity 

·       A keen understanding of business needs, be in and around people regularly to solidify relationships and partnerships; consultative by nature 

·       Your objectives will be to ensure a streamlined turn around delivering operational excellence at all stages of the process
