We are an agile and commercial organization with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be working closely with our Sales Team and research key markets around the APAC or ANZ region.

What you’ll do:

    • Research key markets, especially around ANZ and APAC region, to identify organizations who may benefit from our services
    • Work with advanced sales tools to identify relevant contacts, such as HRD, Head of Talent Acquisition or Head of Procurement
    • Contact prospects via email and in-mail to request and schedule meetings with our highly experienced Client Solution Directors
    • Where possible communicate with prospects to understand very preliminary information about their business and recruitment needs
    • Work with Client Solutions Directors to share relevant research reports, case studies or other information with prospects
    • Ensure appointments are scheduled in the Client Solution Directors diaries and provide supporting information before the meeting
    • Maintain contact cycles for prospects as directed by Client Solutions Director
    • Provide support to the Client Solutions Directors at all stages of the sales process as required
    • Attend fortnightly sales meetings with the CEO and ANZ or APAC Sales & Marketing Team to stay abreast of sales activities, tenders, and pitches

You’ll be someone who can bring:

    • You enjoy working with salespeople in a lead generation capacity, and have performed this role successfully in the past
    • You are driven, self-motivated, tenacious, and resilient
    • You enjoy doing research to identify target companies and contacts
    • You are highly organized and able to manage priorities to meet KPI’s
    • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
