This role supports the global brand & marketing team and sales teams. and is responsible for creating high quality design work that brings the Hudson RPO employer and corporate brands to life helping us to inspire, inform, captivate and communicate our brand and corporate messages. The successful incumbent will work directly with the Hudson RPO's Design Studio team.
What you’ll do:
- Creating PowerPoint templates and presentations that are visually appealing and on brand
- Creating and maintaining the visual brand through marketing material
- Supporting the marketing team on developing the brand and visual identity of Hudson RPO
- Formatting documents and creating templates in MS Office
- Maintaining collateral as per the brand guidelines and ensuring all collateral meets these specifications
- Working with the marketing and brand team to deliver campaign creative including origination of campaign visuals, and completion of collateral including website assets, display, social and traditional
- Creating engaging and excellent design assets, across all requests, ensuring the positioning of the Hudson RPO brand is highly effective and accurate
- Remaining up to date with current trends in design and from our competitors
- Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand and have all required approvals.
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- A relevant Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar qualification
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Experienced in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience adhering to brand style guides
- Experience in a broad range of design work across multimedia and diverse channels
- Solid communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain key internal relationships
- Strong collaboration skills, and experience working with cross-regional teams
- Organized, efficient and ability to structure workload to deliver on timeframes and commitments
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- A team player with an aspiration to contribute, learn, grow and develop new skills
- Resourceful and self-motivated to complete regular design tasks.
Deliverables:
- Update, design and develop Hudson RPO’s suite of branded templates across sales, marketing and employer branding in MS Office
- Create visually appealing, on-brand PowerPoint presentation template
- Design PowerPoint presentations for Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Support the Brand and Marketing team with various design requests
