You’ll get the opportunity to partner with our client stakeholders, create and execute recruitment strategies together, and contribute to the ongoing success of our broader global recruitment team. You’ll be a strategic thinker with a consultative style, who enjoys working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders.

How you’ll shape the future of talent:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Own the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- Proven experience and expertise in tech recruitment and broader talent acquisition
- Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels
- Prior experience working in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
