What you'll be doing?
- 🔸 Keep a close watch on team members' performance, collaborating with project leads to ensure everyone is hitting their goals and thriving in their roles.
- 🔸 Lead the charge in recruiting top talent, from scouting potential candidates to making sure interviews are smooth and efficient.
- 🔸 Jump into client communications when needed, ensuring requests are handled promptly and clients always feel supported.
- 🔸 Roll out the red carpet for new hires, making sure their onboarding is seamless and they feel part of the team from day one.
- 🔸 Manage transitions with care, whether it’s a new project or a team member moving on, ensuring everything is handled with respect and professionalism.
- 🔸 Keep tabs on team engagement, gathering feedback and making sure everyone stays motivated and satisfied in their roles.
About you
- 🛠️ You’re a people person with a knack for managing performance and guiding teams to success.
- 🛠️ You’ve got the experience: hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition skills are a big plus.
- 🛠️ Nice to have: experience in building and managing CS teams, their performance and the CS process.
- 🛠️ Your communication game is strong, especially when it comes to interacting with clients and handling requests.
- 🛠️ You’re experienced in onboarding, with a talent for making new hires feel right at home from day one.
- 🛠️ You’re emotionally intelligent, handling offboarding with professionalism and care.
- 🛠️ You’re a strategic thinker, comfortable collaborating across departments and contributing to team success.
- 🛠️ Your English communication skills are excellent (C1 level or above), both written and spoken.
