At HKR, we took out our map ๐บ๏ธ and compass ๐งญ and weโre currently on the lookout for new talented people in Ukraine to join our team in the shoes of a Customer Support Agent and assist our partner in the US. ๐บ๐ธ You will provide exceptional customer support by answering support tickets, answering customer support calls, writing knowledge base articles, setting up customer calls for CSMs, and ad hoc special projects as determined by their manager. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues.

What you'll be doing?
- ๐You will assist our US partner by communicating with their customers using the Zendesk platform; primarily, all interactions are written and happen via e-mail or live chat - no voice/phones (phewww! ๐ฎโ๐จ);
- ๐You will provide an order status update (tracking links, emailing printers, etc.);
- ๐You will help customers set up exchanges for sizing issues and send out replacements in case of any damaged items;
- ๐You will offer support in editing their orders (shipping address/info, item details);
- ๐You will make inquiries and identify specific apparel designs customers are looking for on our site.
About you
- ๐ช๐ผ You come with at least 1 year of past experience in online order entry or customer support roles;
- ๐ช๐ผ You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for someone proficient, with at least C1 level, both written and spoken;
- ๐ช๐ผ As we don't have a legal entity in Ukraine yet, we are looking to hire exclusively independent contractors;
- ๐ช๐ผ You have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and online collaboration tools;
- ๐ช๐ผ You are reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing high volumes of tasks and inquiries, including order processing;
- ๐ช๐ผ You have strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving;
- ๐ช๐ผ You come with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- ๐ช๐ผ You have experience in using a CRM system or similar tool to manage customer interactions;
- ๐ช๐ผ You are fun, optimistic, have a good laugh and at thะต same time give it your best professional self.
