What you'll be doing?
🔸 Execute high-volume outreach campaigns to large segments of artists using CRM and email tools, driving engagement and platform activity.
🔸 Re-engage inactive or frustrated artists through thoughtful follow-ups, rebuilding trust and encouraging renewed participation.
🔸 Respond to artist replies with empathy and clarity — even when feedback is critical or conversations get tough.
🔸 Guide artists toward proven success actions (uploading work, optimizing listings, joining promotions, self-marketing).
🔸 Spot high-potential artists based on engagement and revenue signals and flag them for handoff to senior account managers.
🔸 Track outreach performance, monitor responses, and suggest improvements to messaging and campaign strategy.
🔸 Support inbound artist questions related to campaigns and platform usage, always pairing answers with proactive suggestions.
🔸 Log feedback, objections, and trends from artists to help improve processes, messaging, and platform trust.
🔸 Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, account management) to execute and optimize outreach campaigns.
About you
🎯 You're resilient and don’t take rejection, silence, or negative feedback personally — you keep going.
🎯 You enjoy structured, repeatable work and know consistency beats perfection.
🎯 Your English communication skills are strong (C1 level), especially in writing clear, human, and empathetic messages.
🎯 You're comfortable handling large volumes of outreach and conversations at once.
🎯 You can explain sensitive topics (fees, platform changes, policies) in a calm, simple, and friendly way.
🎯 You’re familiar with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Yesware, etc.) or eager to learn fast.
🎯 You’re organized, process-oriented, and reliable in managing tasks and tracking performance.
🎯 You’re curious, coachable, and motivated to grow into more advanced account management roles.
