At HKR, we took out our map ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ and compass ๐Ÿงญ and weโ€™re currently on the lookout for new talented people in Serbia to join our team in the shoes of a Customer Support Agent and assist our partner in the US. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ You will provide exceptional customer support by answering support tickets, answering customer support calls, writing knowledge base articles, setting up customer calls for CSMs, and ad hoc special projects as determined by their manager. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues.

What you'll be doing?

    • ๐Ÿ‘•You will assist our US partner by communicating with their customers using the Zendesk platform; primarily, all interactions are written and happen via e-mail or live chat - no voice/phones (phewww! ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ);
    • ๐Ÿ‘•You will provide an order status update (tracking links, emailing printers, etc.);
    • ๐Ÿ‘•You will help customers set up exchanges for sizing issues and send out replacements in case of any damaged items;
    • ๐Ÿ‘•You will offer support in editing their orders (shipping address/info, item details);
    • ๐Ÿ‘•You will make inquiries and identify specific apparel designs customers are looking for on our site.

About you

    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ You come with at least 1 year of past experience in online order entry or customer support roles;
    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for someone proficient, with at least C1 level, both written and spoken;
    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ As we don't have a legal entity in Serbia yet, we are looking to hire exclusively through a B2B type of collab, so you need to have a SRL;
    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ You have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and online collaboration tools;
    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ You are reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing high volumes of tasks and inquiries, including order processing;
    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ You have strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving;
    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ You come with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ You have experience in using a CRM system or similar tool to manage customer interactions;
    • ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ You are fun, optimistic, have a good laugh and at thะต same time give it your best professional self.
