We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next detail-obsessed logistics wizard to join our HKR team as a Supply Chain Associate, working for a US-based client in freight forwarding and cost-savvy logistics ops. 🇺🇸

What you'll be doing?
- 🔸 Handle quote requests and compare freight rates like a boss—both Ex-Factory & Ex-Warehouse.
- 🔸 Keep things tidy and compliant by preparing BOLs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Slips & Certificates of Origin.
- 🔸 Collaborate with factories to track production, capture QC outcomes, and secure timely pickups & deliveries.
- 🔸 Track POs and vendor shipments, manage inbound freight, and make sure every delivery is right on time and documented.
- 🔸 Ensure pack-out instructions and customs compliance are followed across the board.
- 🔸 Keep warehouse managers and brand teams in the loop with status updates and clear logistics visibility.
- 🔸 Coordinate samples, pre-production approvals, reticketing, and other support tasks for merchandising and brand teams.
- 🔸 Help reduce costs by analyzing tariffs, onboarding new vendors, and forecasting smarter.
- 🔸 Automate repetitive booking tasks with smart tools, AI, or workflow hacks.
- 🔸 Standardize freight booking and pack-out processes to cut lead times and boost efficiency.
About you
- 📦 You’ve got 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or production—DTC, fashion, or consumer goods background? Even better.
- 📦 You know your way around Excel/Google Sheets and have worked with ERP/OMS or inventory systems.
- 📦 You’re detail-obsessed and solutions-driven.
- 📦 You can juggle deadlines, prioritize like a pro, and communicate clearly across teams.
- 📦 You understand POs, shipping workflows, customs, inventory, and everything in between.
- 📦 You’re cool with structured ops and messy, startup-y ones.
- 📦 A bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Ops, or related fields? Nice to have!
