What you'll be doing?
- 💻 Building & Scaling Web Applications – Develop and maintain intuitive, high-performance web applications that make complex data insights actionable.
- 💻 Crafting Interactive Frontend Experiences – Create responsive, performant frontend components using modern React practices and state management solutions.
- 💻 Developing Backend APIs & Services – Implement scalable, reliable REST APIs and backend services to power the frontend experience.
- 💻 Creating Data Visualizations – Use D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or similar to build interactive visualizations that help users see and understand their data.
- 💻 Collaborating with AI & Data Teams – Work closely with AI & data science teams to transform complex insights into intuitive user interfaces.
- 💻 Optimizing for Performance & Scalability – Ensure applications are fast, efficient, and optimized across all devices and browsers.
- 💻 Leading Tech Decisions – Contribute to technical architecture decisions, establishing best practices for frontend and backend development.
- 💻 Iterating & Experimenting – Ship quickly, test constantly, and refine based on user feedback—we’re all about lean development and building what matters.
About you
- 🚀 You’re a builder at heart—you love crafting great user experiences and shipping fast.
- 🚀 You have 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications.
- 🚀 You’re highly skilled in modern JavaScript/TypeScript & React.
- 🚀 You’re comfortable with backend development in Node.js, Python, or similar.
- 🚀 You have experience building REST APIs & working with SQL databases.
- 🚀 You have a keen eye for UI/UX and love crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces.
- 🚀 You’re passionate about data visualization—turning complex numbers into actionable insights.
- 🚀 You thrive in ambiguity—you’re comfortable experimenting, iterating, and pivoting to build the best product.
- 🚀 You know how to balance speed with quality—you build fast without cutting corners.
- 🚀 You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – nice to have!
