What you'll be doing?
- ➡️ Develop and refine Parable's platform using TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and AI technologies like OpenAI, focusing on user experience and backend efficiency.
- ➡️ Work closely with the CTO and team to align product features with strategic objectives, employing tools like GitHub and Figma for collaboration and design.
- ➡️ Optimize Postgres database queries and structures for better data management; implement AI-driven insights for organizational efficiency.
- ➡️ Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high performance and reliability; uphold coding standards with Prettier and ESlint.
- ➡️ Stay updated on tech trends to enhance the platform, especially in AI and no-code solutions.
- ➡️ Contribute to the team's growth by mentoring junior developers and participating in the hiring process, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
About You
- 👨💻 Fluent in English (C1 level), with 7+ years of experience in TypeScript, React, and NodeJS development, showcasing strong proficiency in building dynamic front-end and efficient backend systems.
- 👨💻 Deep understanding of Postgres and experience with AI technologies, particularly in implementing and leveraging machine learning models for data analysis.
- 👨💻 Skilled in using modern development tools (GitHub, Linear, Figma) for collaboration, design, and version control, enhancing project workflow and team synergy.
- 👨💻 Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
- 👨💻 Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment, ideally with experience in startup settings and early-stage product development.
- 👨💻 A portfolio showcasing significant projects and contributions is highly advantageous, providing a tangible demonstration of technical and collaborative expertise.
