Your Role
As a Sales Development Intern, you will support personalized outreach and the development of our lead pipeline. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing and reliably implement campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
- Contributing to the implementation of marketing and outreach campaigns (e.g., sequences, invitations, lead generation, follow-ups)
- Coordinating and aligning between marketing and sales (tasks, timelines, handovers)
- Researching target companies and contacts: identifying suitable accounts and prioritizing targets according to our ICP criteria
- Enriching and maintaining data in the CRM and internal systems: supplementing information, keeping records up-to-date, and ensuring a clean data foundation
- Supporting lead handovers: preparing handovers and ensuring that follow-ups are accurately reflected in the system
- Regularly exchanging campaign feedback and learnings with account executives to provide input for optimization
- Contributing to process improvements with marketing (standards, routing, status definitions, handover checklists)
What You Bring
- A structured, reliable, and independent work style- Independence and a strong drive for results
- Analytical thinking and enthusiasm in collaboration- High quality standards in documentation and data maintenance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration and Marketing
- Interest in B2B sales, marketing campaigns, and sales processes
- Excellent German and English skills
- French is a plus
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
